Refund policy

Every Mamaki book and coloring pack is personalized and printed just for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production defect, email steventsao713@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Spotted a typo in the personalization you entered? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before your book goes to print.
